Hawk HTTP Adapter - Transport problem

I have a problem while trying to acces the "TIBCO Hawk Entreprise View" page of the HTTPAdapter webapp.

The error is an HTTP 500 error.

 

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://XXXX:8080/http/AgentsStyle=Nnames.xsl

org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServletWrapper.handleJspException(JspServletWrapper.java:498)

org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServletWrapper.service(JspServletWrapper.java:393)

org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.serviceJspFile(JspServlet.java:308)

org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet.service(JspServlet.java:259)

javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:729)

 

I have discovered that, when i start the TIBCO administrator, the following logs are written in the Tomcat logs of the webapps :

 

ERROR main org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/http] - Servlet /http threw load() exception

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.tibco.hawk.domainTransportCfg.TransportDomain

at java.lang.ClassNotFoundException.(ClassNotFoundException.java:77)

 

I have install the following components.

TIBCO RV 8.3.1, TRA 5.7.1, Hawk 4.9.0, BW 5.9.2, EMS 6.1.0, Admin 5.7.0

The HTTP Adapter used is the one offered in the Hawk install. (4.1.1)

I use tomcat and everything run on a AIX 5.3 platform.

 

I have search for the source of the problem for a while now and i don't know where to look anymore.

Hi,

Since you have Hawk 4.9 can you use the HTTP Adapter this is shipped as part of this release. Please refer to the latest documentation on this in the Hawk 4.9 docs.
