We would like to install an on-premise agent as an unattended action. The ScribeOnlineAgentInstaller.msi gives us the possibility, but I cannot figure out what parameters are needed to make this work. Any ideas

Hello Ronald,

 

The installation process itself of the On-premise agent is not possible as an unattended action. Although you can get new Agent Keys using our API at https://api.scribesoft.com/ instead of using the UI, you cannot install an agent using an unattended action.
