Email receiver do not pick up new emails from a pop3 email box

Hi,

Just recently, our tibco process which used to run very well now got issues.

The email receiver of the process won't pick up any new emails that are sent to the inbox.

However, when we restart the process, the email reader can pick up all the emails that are sitting in the mailbox at that time.

Currently we have almost 7000 unread emails sitting in the mail box. Could it be too many emails causing the issue

BTW, we are using BW 5.11
