Manoj Chaurasia Posted February 6, 2019 Posted February 6, 2019 We are running Scribe 7.9.2 on 64-bit windows.It is still using the ODBC 32-bit drivers to connect to the Scribe Database, SQL Server, and Excel Sources that we have. We are unable to get it to connect using 64-bit ODBC drivers.How do we use Scribe with 64-bit ODBC drivers We have standardized the rest of the company on Office 64-bit and we would like to do the same with the users who use Scribe.But since Scribe uses 32-bit ODBC drivers, this is preventing us from finishing our rollout. I'm a bit surprised in the world of 64-bit apps, that you haven't updated Scribe to be 100% 64-bit. But I was able to resolve the issue by installing the Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime to support the Excel 32-bit drivers that were needed by Scribe. Quote
