Tibco Mashery (On Premise) - Modifying Central Screen

Tibco Mashery On-Premise Instance. Can we modifyControl Center (Web Application) GUI screen Is so, can you please point me to some documentation.E

Example: We want to make a fewfields like Version, Description on those screen as Mandatory.

Please suggest.
