Unable to access to openspace

Hi, when I try to access to openspace console I get the message "Invalid username or password";

I can access successfully the internal ldap service with default credential.

I restart the following applications and I can access openspace successfully.

amx.bpm.auth.wss.asp

amx.bpm.apacheds

amx.bpm.auth.system

amx.bpm.auth.easyAS

Could you tell the procedure to restart the "amx.bpm.apacheds" component

 

I have issue with this one only. Its state is "Failed"
