Can the Sales Return be exposed as an entity in Scribe Online

Disclosure: I'm not building this integration and I don't know Scribe Online. I have a client who has built their own Sales Order integration and they wish to also do Sales Returns. However, a Sales Return is not available in the GP Connector's Entity drop list. I know that a Sales Return is available in GP Web Services. So can a Return be exposed for the Scribe GP Web Services Connector

Scribe has a list of currently supported entities for the GP connector located here: https://help.scribesoft.com/scribe/en/index.htm#sol/conn/gp.htm

 

What other customers have done is invoke the eConnect Stored Procedures using the SQL connector to return to back what they want.

Thank you, Wesley. We are going to advise them to have a Scribe Online map write their source data to a staging table and the last step in the map will call a new stored procedure that processes those records, calling the eConnect stored procedures for creating a Sales Return directly for each document.
