LDAP Connection in BW6

Im trying to set up a service with LDAP authentication but Im getting the following error

Can't connect to the LDAP Server:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid protection parameter or other problem accessing admin's password: javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: Internal error in login; check logs com.tibco.trinity.runtime.base.provider.credential.password.PasswordRuntimeException: java.lang.NullPointerException: No entry found for user name: CN=EIPSvc, BCPC,OU=Service Accounts,OU=Pension Corporation,OU=BCGOV,DC=idir,DC=BCGOV..

at com.tibco.trinity.runtime.core.provider.authn.ldap.SSLandAdminSupport.populateEnv(SSLandAdminSupport.java:130)

 

When I try in Apache directory Studio I have no problem

 

Both are Eclipse based and they practically ask for the same info
