Wes Couturier Posted March 13, 2019 Share Posted March 13, 2019 Hello Martha, It looks like a case was opened and is now resolved. This issue has been reported when the CRM D365 version was updated to version 9. This issue comes to down to the design of the integration as CRM has new requirements when creating a process. This is not something we can fix scribe to handle as we have to adhere to CRM. You will need to "Insert" the product in a draft status using Scribe. Then create a workflow in CRM that upon creation of a new product record, it checks to see if the product was created from the scribe integration. If so, then the workflow will set the product to active. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to create a new case. Thank you.
