TIBCO BW 6.4.2 bwagent REST API

We want to know the current status of the deployed BW 6.4.2 applications and to get this status we are trying to use the bwagent REST API but it gives a very big response, is it possible to filter out the unwanted information and just return the below fields in the response.

state
