Manoj Chaurasia Posted March 13, 2019 Share Posted March 13, 2019 Hello, We are using Scribe Insight. After updating to Scribe NAV Adapter version 3.2.1 we are facing an issue. We are trying to insert records into NAV, sometimes it goes through successfully, sometimes it fails with the following error; "Unable to find assembly 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Types, Version=7.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'." Do you know the last time you restarted the Scribe services and Console If you don't, I would go ahead and try that first. If you continue to experience issues afterwards, please feel free to create a new case with Scribe Support by clicking on the "My Cases" button above, select the green Open Scribe Insight Case button, then give the proper information.
