Dividing averages of columns in a heatmap

E S

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am trying to normalise values in a heatmap by dividingaverages of columns by the average ofcontrol columns. (Please see attached image.)

There are 6 repeats in each row to be averaged. Then averages of A, B and C are each divided by avg(control 1) and D, E and Fare each divided by avg(control 2).

Would I do this with calculated columns, and if so how

Many thanks for your help.
