E S Posted May 3, 2020 Share Posted May 3, 2020 Hello, I am trying to normalise values in a heatmap by dividingaverages of columns by the average ofcontrol columns. (Please see attached image.) There are 6 repeats in each row to be averaged. Then averages of A, B and C are each divided by avg(control 1) and D, E and Fare each divided by avg(control 2).
