There are 3 settings which are:

Minimum password length : 6 ---> This value is the minimum length allowed for new passwords.

Require mixed-case characters ---> If set, then passwords must contain mixed-case characters

Require non-alphabetic characters ---> If set, then passwords must contain non-alphabetic characters.

Also, you can set the number of failed login attempts before a user account is locked, using the following settings:

Studio >> Administration Server >> Configuration >> Security >> Authentication >> Implicit Lock Threshold
