how to calculate the average value with some condition in one column

If there are some rows data is same, I only want to use one data to calculate the avaerage: pls check the attachment. if use all data to calculate the average value, it will be not same I want tocalculate the non zero like this (3303+367+71630)/3 instead of (3303+0+0+0...+367+0+0....+71630+0+0+0+0...)/n
