Data to be included in the

value axis:

1. "plan1" values: unique count of [column1] data in [column2] except when [column2]="cancelled".

2. "plan2" values: unique count of [column1] data in [column2] when [column2]="Completed" and "Closed".

Category axis: [Date] >> Year >> Quarter >> Month For empty data in [Date], categorize under "NoDate" and colour the bars red (Red 255, Green 0, Blue 0).

[column1] and [column2] are string data types

[date] is date dat type
