GoToWebinar Query preview 'No records found.'

Hi there,

I created a new Solution =>then create new map =>add Gotowebinar connection =>add Query block =>select Webinar entity =>click Preview =>I get the alert "No records found"

But when I go to admin page of GoToWebinar , and I export a Report. It still have records.

Could some one tell me what is that problem What am I doing wrong
