Error while syncing Sugar and IBM instances

Hello, we are using Scribe to sync CRM and Acoustic (IBM) instances, and one of them failed last week and 500 records were not proccessed

The Map where the error was thrown has CRM as source and IBM as target but we don't know how is exactly the problem here. We have already reprocessed the records but we would like to understand what the error message means. Could you help us please
