Field Validation

Hi Team,

 

I want to perform a field validatioin like below:

Table A- field a

Table B- field b

Table C - field c

 

 

Now i want to make sure the all these fields a,b,c must have the same value for a record id=1 in Table A.

Please can you help me if we can do it with Validation rule and if yes how can i do it.
