TIBCO BW CE Application on Kubernetes - Failed to configure the AppNode launcher, TIBCO-BW-ADMIN-500424: Failed to read profile from [/tmp/tmp/pcf.substvar]

We have deployed a TIBCO BW CE 2.5.2 application as a Kubernetes service. The application has a file poller and timer process.

We have set the module properties using thhe configmap. But the pod goes in Crashloop and the error message is as below:

kubectl logs -f -n capname customapp-775f8f9b84-n9ml8

BW_PROFILE is set to 'default.substvar'

Unable to replace values in pcf.substvar file due to error: Value not found for Token [$]. Ensure environment variable is set.
