Printing the display name of a property on the y-axis of a graph

Currently i am working on a expression that looks like this

case

when ${Y} = 4 then ["A"]

end as [Expression- ${Y}]

This prints "Expression - 4" on the Y_axis. However, I would rather print the display name of${Y}. Would this be possible
