the studio freezing

TIBCO DATA VIRTUALIZATION SP 8.2.0.001 the studio log in , the response of the queries and every thing start to freeze when i restart the server it come back to normal for a little and then it start slowing again is this related to the repository do I need to repair the repository and how to do that

Hi ,

Please check for the RAM size of server being used. Also check the Repository metadata table size as it may increase or decrease as per changes in the metadata.

Steps to manage repository metadata table size

1. Stop TDV repository and server.

2. Locate metadata table size configuration parameter.

3. Change metadata cache size bases on metadata table size.

4.Restart repository first and then restart the server.
