TIBCO BW - Failed to start BW Application

I need your help because I cannot find information on the following errors when starting my applications.

At appnode log:

ERROR [Applications] com.tibco.thor.frwk.Application - TIBCO-THOR-FRWK-600026: Failed to start BW Application [application:1.0]. Reason: TIBCO-BW-FRWK-600026: Failed to start BW Module [xxx],

TIBCO-BW-FRWK-500010: Unable to deserialize BW Process from resource [bundleentry://xxx.bwp]. Cause: Raw stacktrace: java.lang.NullPointerExceptionAt agent log:

WARN [xxx] org.eclipse.jetty.server.HttpChannel - application/1.0/start

javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NullPointerExceptionI am using BW 6.5.0 HF9 and TEA 2.3 HF2.
