jyotheeswaracha puttalapattu Posted October 19, 2020 Share Posted October 19, 2020 Hello Team, One API request(Live score request) has failed to get response. we investigated about this issue (Searched the WebStatistica Log files and found no anomalies), But we observed that the No of Requests Failed in Performance tab is 1. we have investigated the Statsoft logs in Event Viewer and found this two errors logged at the same time A)COM Error: Access is denied. Source:CAnalysisManager::DynamicCall Error number:0x80070005 [-2147024891] B)COM Error: Access is denied. The error suggests an issue with security on your system where the application is not permitted to create the COM object that runs the scoring engine. If this just started happening, maybe there was a change to the user you are running this service under You may like to refer to the "Accessing Network Resources" section in the Server Administrator's Guide:https://docs.tibco.com/pub/stat-dms/13.5.0/doc/pdf/TIB_stat-dms_13.5_adm....
