  1. Hi Mae, Yes, If you upgraded to .Net 4.8 then that would cause the issue to return. Unfortunately Windows Server 2008 R2 is not supported when using TIBCO Scribe Insight 7.9.5. Please see the link below to the release notes that provides the supported operating systems. https://help.scribesoft.com/retpdfs/TIB_scr-insight_7.9.5_relnotes.pdf Thanks and Kind Regards, Albert
  2. Hi Mae, Thank you for posting your question. Are you still using TIBCO Scribe Insight 7.9.2 If so then there could be two possibilities of why the issue occurred again. 1. .Net Framework was upgraded on the insight server to a version greater than 4.7.2 If so then you would need to roll back to .Net 4.7.2 or less. Or you can upgrade to Insight 7.9.5 2. Scribe had a repair run on the application which clears out any applied Hotfixes. To resolve this issue either re-apply the Hotfix or upgrade to Insight 7.9.5 Thanks, Albert Baiung TIBCO Scribe Support Engineer

  4. Hi Dave, Thank you for posting you questions. TIBCO Scribe can only connect to one Scribeinternal database at a time and can only install one copy of Scribe insight. It is not recommended to use the same server for test and production as production will most likely need to be constantly running and you would not want to risk testing in an evironment that you could harm production. Our recommendation is to always seperate Test from Production. Thanks and Kind Regards, Albert TIBCO Scribe Support Engineer

  13. Hi Chakkapong, As I mentioned before please take a look at the security information in the help guide that I provided. Most likely you have access rules in place with acceptable IP addresses. Loging into your pc is most likely part of the rule that exist. Logging in from a public pc is probably outside the allowed IP address configured by the access rule. Please take a look at the information. You may need to open up the acceptable ranges if you want to work in a outside environment. Regarding the subscription question. Please contact the sales team for assistance with switching/purchasing/or activating a subscription. Contact Sales 603.622.5109 x1 Monday Friday 8:30 5:30 ET email:scribesales@tibco.com
  14. Hi Chakkapong, This is Albert with the TIBCO Scribe Support team. The error message is referring to API Access setting under the security section of the scribe online org. To Get there chose the more option from the scribe online dashboard and select security. Use the link below to the Scribe Online help guides security settings for more information. I believe it revolves around an access rule for API Access. https://help.scribesoft.com/scribe/en/index.htm#sol/org/orgsecurity.htm... If further assistance is needed please open a Support Case. Thanks and Kind Regards, Albert
