The solution to the problem was to ensure the syntax of the detail element in my XSD is as follows: We (myself and Scribe support) added the " minOccurs="0" />" in place of "" and reset the connection and it worked.

Yeah I tried that and added the object to the scope but still getting the message about not having mapable fields.
