Albert Baiungo Jr.
Hi Kai, This is Albert with the TIBCO Scribe Support team. Since being acquired by TIBCO some of our webpages have changed like the one mentioned in the post. You can obtain Insight 7.9.5 on the page below https://community.tibco.com/products/tibco-scribe-insight If you do not wish to upgrade then the next step would be to apply a hotfix for insight 7.9.2 ftp://scribeftp:files4U@ftp.scribesoft.com/Outgoing/Hotfixes/ScribeInsight/Core/GeneralRelease/Insight_7.9.2_HF10_D46861.zip use the above link to download the hotfix. There will be an enclosed pdf with implementation instructions. If you have any further questions or need further assistance please open a support case with TIBCO Scribe Support. Thanks and Kind Regards, Albert

Maria Elmvang
We have aleady applied the hotfix, when we had similar error a year ago. We had to upgrade to v. 7.9.2 and then apply the hotfix. We did that and that solved the issue back then. But now the issue hasreappeared. Any idea
Albert Baiungo Jr.
Hi Mae, Thank you for posting your question. Are you still using TIBCO Scribe Insight 7.9.2 If so then there could be two possibilities of why the issue occurred again. 1. .Net Framework was upgraded on the insight server to a version greater than 4.7.2 If so then you would need to roll back to .Net 4.7.2 or less. Or you can upgrade to Insight 7.9.5 2. Scribe had a repair run on the application which clears out any applied Hotfixes. To resolve this issue either re-apply the Hotfix or upgrade to Insight 7.9.5 Thanks, Albert Baiung TIBCO Scribe Support Engineer
Maria Elmvang
Hi Albert Thank you for your reply. Yes we are still using Scribe Insight 7.9.2. And yes .Net Framework was upgraded to version 4.8 on our Scribe server. So that has caused the issue if I am reading you correctlly. But here is a question: Our Scribe is installed on Windows Server 2008 R2. Can we upgrade Scribe to version 7.9.5 without upgradeing the Windows Server Thanks in advance. Albert Baiungo Jr.
Hi Mae, Yes, If you upgraded to .Net 4.8 then that would cause the issue to return. Unfortunately Windows Server 2008 R2 is not supported when using TIBCO Scribe Insight 7.9.5. Please see the link below to the release notes that provides the supported operating systems. https://help.scribesoft.com/retpdfs/TIB_scr-insight_7.9.5_relnotes.pdf Thanks and Kind Regards, Albert
