Garrett Wengreniuk Posted July 16, 2019 Share Posted July 16, 2019 Hello, I'm setting up a new test environment for a client, and have done an export in Scribe Insight console of the relevant publishers (one for GP, one for CRM/365). When I import the publishers into the new environment, the MSMQ button is grayed out (unlike the production environment where the button can be clicked to configure the MSMQ queues to use). Otherwise the publishers look correct. Creating a new publisher from scratch, the MSMQ button is available so it's just the imported ones showing the issue. I could rebuild both publishers from scratch, but it seems there should be a way to import them instead with all the configuration so they function the same -- otherwise not sure what the point is of import/export of the publishers.
